        Kennyway Was Awarded the Honorary Title of "Guangzhou's Enterprises Having Harmonious Labor Relation

         Not long ago, Guangzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Guangzhou General Union, Guangzhou Enterprise/Federation Entrepreneurs Association, Guangzhou Chamber of Commerce and Industry and other departments jointly held a selection activity of Guangzhou's enterprises which have harmonious labor relations. Kennyway had the honor to cut a figure in this selection activity and won the title of "Guangzhou's Enterprises Having Harmonious Labor Relations (Grade A)". This is another special honor after Kennyway won the title of "Panyu District's Enterprises Having Harmonious Labor Relations (Grade A)" in 2014. 
             This selection activity took enterprises' internal labor relations into consideration. The prize-winning enterprises must thoroughly implement and execute the Labor Contract Law, comprehensively carry out the labor contract system, perform the labor contract in accordance with specifications, pay employees' wages on schedule and in full amount, participate in social insurance in accordance with the law, establish and improve the labor protection measures and labor safety and health conditions and so on. Kennyway's employees work together to actively develop the construction activity of "Model Enterprises of Harmonious Relations", further perfect its interior management, improve the dynamic management method of labor contracts so as to ensure the implementation of labor contracts in accordance with the law, fulfill the optimization of human resources management, increase employees' benefits, establish incentive mechanisms for talented people and so on, promoting the joint development of the enterprise and employees as well as making the labor relation achieve all-around harmony. Kennyway always pays attention to push forward the democratic management of the enterprise and cultural construction, exert the leading function of enterprise culture to the construction of harmonious labor relations, build employee-oriented enterprise culture and staff culture, increase the enterprise cohesion and create harmonious labor relations and working atmosphere. 
              Kennyway's winning the title of "Guangzhou's Enterprises Having Harmonious Labor Relations (Grade A)" reflects the government and society's recognition and encouragement of Kennyway's achievements, which is also the result of Kennyway's staff's concerted efforts.
